This Icon Library License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Iconixto for the use of Iconixto’s icon library.

By downloading or using the Library, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not download or use the Library.

1. License Grant: Iconixto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Library for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, the Library or any part of it - even if its free. You may not use the Library in any pornographic or defamatory materials or for any illegal purpose. You may not use the Library in a way that implies endorsement or sponsorship by Licensor. The library cannot be sold or redistributed as part of an icon set or ui kit. The library may not be placed in a way or on a website that enables it to be distributed in any other way

3. Permitted Uses: You may use the icon library in:

advertisements

printed materials

packaging

videos

presentations

social media content

games, mobile and web applications, software and other digital designs.

4. Intellectual Property: Iconixto retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Library, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

By downloading or using the Library, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
